Terms & Conditions

DELIVERY Processing Times:

 Our products are handmade to order; please allow 2-3 working days to process all orders. Please be aware that during busy periods, it may take longer to process your order.

Delivery: United Kingdom:

 All orders are posted 2nd Class via the Royal Mail or shipping companies and usually take 3 - 5 working days to be delivered. Please note, that free shipping is applied when orders equal £85 or more.

 

Ist class posts are available and can be selected when ordering.

International: Orders are posted via Royal Mail International and or shipping companies. Tracked and signed, and this can take up to 2 weeks for delivery.

Customs Fees: Please note, that the buyer is responsible for any customs and import charges that may apply. Har Naturel Ltd (the seller) is not responsible for customs fees or any delays due to customs.
