Refund policy

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on all products returned to us within 14 days of order, provided they are in their original state, unopened, unused, and in the original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot offer a refund or exchange on any product opened or used. Postage is non-refundable.

Please email us at hello@HarNaturel.com before returning your item to inform us. Proof of purchase is required. Would you please forward your sales confirmation or order number to hello@HarNaturel.com.

Damages:

We understand that products can sometimes get damaged in transit. If you receive your HarNaturel products damaged, please get in touch with us within 72 hours of receiving the products to arrange a replacement. Please send us an email with a picture of the damaged products to allow us to process your replacement.

PACKAGING:

Products are shipped in strong, white/ brown boxes which are 100% recyclable. We endeavour to minimize waste as much as possible; we, therefore, use recycled paper for our packaging chips which are also 100% recyclable.
